What will I be doing?

As a Marketing Representative In-House you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Responsible for the promotion of booking eligible vacation ownership presentations, previews, and the sale of mini-vacation packages to on-site guests and visitors  
  • Generate leads and book qualified timeshare sales presentations for prospective Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members, and other qualified customers at off-property locations  
  • Provide customer/concierge services by arranging island activities to all guests while projecting a professional company image
  • Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs, according to the standards of professionalism adhered to by Hilton Grand Vacations
  • Provide administrative support to in-house management in an effort to meet targeted goals by creating, updating, and analyzing reports to assist the team in increasing performance in different marketing areas
Qualifications

At the core of our company’s success are our Team Members. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience 
  • Minimum of 6 months of proven success in a sales and/or marketing role within the timeshare industry
  • Professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations and etiquette skills to be displayed in person, in written form, and on the telephone
  • Ability to multi-task and balance priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the Big Island with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations throughout the island
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to learn and efficiently operate multiple customer service software applications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays 
  • Fluency in English (speak, read, write)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in selling and booking tours, activities, or concierge services
  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant timeshare industry experience
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn software applications
