What will I be doing?

As a Sales Executive - Action Line you would be responsible for executing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Welcome clients and present luxury Hilton Grand Vacation Club ownership products to potential buyers
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest-related issues as they arise
  • Attend all sales trainings and meetings for key information on Hilton Grand Vacation Club products and related updates
  • Utilize selling concepts promoted at Hilton Grand Vacations
  • Utilize various forms of communication (ie: email, telephone and written correspondence) to interface with guest owners
  • Ability to generate referral leads with each new customer
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Promote a positive work environment and adhere to Hilton Grand Vacations' core values and policies
What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: 
  • 1+ year(s) of customer service experience
  • 1+ year(s) of proven sales experience and effective sale closing experience
  • Ability to resolve complex customer service issues
  • Proven ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to obtain a Hawaii Real Estate license within the first 45 days of employment
  • Meet minimum volume per guest (VPG), volume and all other compensation plan requirements
  • Able to work a flexible work schedule including night, weekends and holidays
  • Fluency (reading/writing/speaking) in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • 2+ years of proven high end general sales experience.
  • 2+ years of proven ability to negotiate high end sales and effectively close the sale
  • Current Hawaii Real Estate license holder
  • Previous timeshare experience
