As a Guest Service Representative, you will fill a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction through check in, check out and attentive coordination of hotel services for each guest. You will be focused on optimizing each guest’s experience by promoting hotel services, facilities and outlets and providing information of upcoming events/functions in the hotel and surrounding areas.

Guests can plunge into the heated outdoor pool, unwind in the whirlpool or work out in the fitness center at our Midtown Savannah extended stay hotel. They can cook burgers on the outdoor grill and relax in our gazebo shaded by a Spanish moss-covered oak tree. At the end of the day, lounge in one of the 106 apartment-style suites. One- and two-bedroom smoking and non-smoking suites are available, as well as accessible suites. Unwind in the separate living room that features a sofa bed and a 32-inch flat-screen LCD HDTV with premium cable channels.
Our recently renovated hotel helps guests stay connected with free internet access in each suite and provides event space for up to 50 people in our Savannah meeting room. Guests can wake up to a complimentary hot full breakfast served daily. At the end of the day unwind with evening dinner and drinks served Monday through Thursday.
