Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Corporate Revenue Analyst to support the Revenue Management Team. 

As a Corporate Revenue Analyst, you will fill a pivotal role through the maximization of assigned hotels' revenue and market share and working with Regional Directors of Revenue Management and General Managers in the management of guestroom inventory, market mix and pricing strategy. The Corporate Revenue Analyst will support the Regional DORM in creating and managing revenue/yield strategies encompassing all facets of pricing, demand analysts, yield management, market segmentation, business mix, selling strategies and tactics as well as recommend and implement appropriate revenue management strategies. The primary goal of the Corporate Revenue Analyst is to help drive overall revenue and market share at each hotel.

This position requires a proactive individual who can multi-task and work effectively across multiple company disciplines. Qualified candidates will have superior analytical, quantitative, and communication skills, including proficiency in Excel. A strong work ethic and excellent academic records are required. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Navigate and utilize the brand mandated revenue management systems, tools, reports, resources and platforms to successfully manage the day to day revenue management of a hotel or portfolio of hotels.
  • Monitor the pricing of competitors understands the dynamics of the local market and demand generators.
  • Assist with preparations for daily, weekly and monthly revenue meetings and generates reports as needed for that meeting. Generates action plans from meetings and shares with the group.
  • Coordinate the yield management process and manages the property management system on a daily basis.
  • Monitor group blocks to determine rooms available for sale to transient customers. The Corporate Revenue Analyst shall also understand the groups' pick up history and shall manage group cut off dates in partnership with the RDORM.
  • Responsible for daily walk-in rates and communication to staff of change in the daily pricing strategies.
  • Assist with training Front Desk employees on reservations selling, up selling and negotiating techniques.
  • Work with team to determine LNR, Consortia, and RFP rates. Ensure the hotel is prepared for the RFP season.
  • Identifies sales opportunities to target which might include SMERFE groups, local accounts and national accounts.

  • 4 year college degree in finance, economics, math, business, or engineering
  • Strong GPA (3.5 or higher) with challenging course load
  • 1-2 years of top-tier management consulting or investment banking experience preferred, or 3-5 years of financial reporting and analysis experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Hotel or real estate experience a plus, but not required
