As a Room Service Busser you will fill a supportive role in your hotel’s financial goals of the daily operation of you will fill a guest services role in supporting your hotel room service and/or other areas of the Food and Beverage departments. You will assist the food servers by ensuring the dining room areas remains clean and safe by removing/bussing and resetting tables with clean utensils, china, glassware, necessary supplies and equipment.

The ideal candidate will: 

  • Set up and clear all guest suites of Room Service dishes and tables. 
  • Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner. 
  • Stock service stations appropriately. 
  • Prepare retrieved tables for resetting.
  •  Ensure that all necessary Room Service supplies and equipment are properly stocked at all times. 
  • Assist Servers as necessary. 
  • Maintain tidiness of all Room Service areas.
  • Be incredibly friendly, customer centric, love to smile and radiate a positive and accommodating attitude while interacting with customers.
  • Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner.  Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provide a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and high volume environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule. 
  • Qualified candidates must have 1 year customer service experience .
