BASIC PURPOSE: Effectively promote, take and deliver food and beverage orders.
1.Accurately and quickly take and place all food orders with the kitchen, according to the prescribed procedure.
2.Answer all questions about cooking methods, menu items, specials and prices of all items.
3.Prepare and deliver beverage and dessert orders.
4.Check food to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct and deliver food orders in a timely fashion.
5.Prepare the guest check accurately and present it to the guest before their departure.
6.Collect payment from the guest.
1. Clean, clear and reset dining room tables.
2. Assist in seating and greeting the guest.
3. Clean and restock service items
Knowledge and Skills:
Education:Ability to read and write English
Experience:One year server experience required
Skills and Abilities: Communication and hospitality skills (English required)
Ability to work Micros computer system

Travel required: None
Hours Required: Full time- required to work 30 plus hours weekly.
Part time- required to work less than 30 hours weekly.
Scheduled hours and days may vary based on need.
