The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for managing the Accounts Payable processing ensuring invoices are entered, vendors are paid timely, and reconciling statements. Additionally, this job includes the collection and processing of other data that contributes to financial reports and the production of financial statements through Quick Books. Maintenance of accounting records, upkeep of Excel documents that track and support transactions and bank reconciliations are also tasks included within this position.
