Welcome Guests and promptly attend to tables at the server’s request.
Serve Food and Beverages to guests, to include water, bread service and running food from the kitchen.
Share menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests and restrictions.
Check in the guests to assure satisfaction when needed.
Clean tables, reset tables, complete opening and closing duties and re-stocking as required.
Responsible for taking In Room Dining orders via phone or from the host or concierge and preparing the order, taking it to the guest room and returning to bring the dirty dishes back to the kitchen.
Assisting with kitchen duties such as mopping, polishing of glassware and silver, keeping all areas stocked.
