Coordinate the daily Revenue Management tools and processes for multiple hotels, including project and analytical work for Area Director of Revenue Management. Analyze Revenue Management reporting and provide strategic recommendations to Area Director of Revenue, troubleshoot and improve current tools, ad-hoc reporting, and trend analysis. Assist hotel sales and operations teams with identifying optimal mix-of-business daily. The position is based at Embassy Suites Denver-Stapleton in Denver, CO, and will support four hotels.
Support for Area Director of Revenue Management and property teams in analysis and creation of revenue reporting.
Provide strategy recommendations based on focused analysis to drive total hotel revenue.
Works with hotel revenue and sales teams to establish booking guidelines and optimal mix of business.
Monitor group blocks for pick-up, cutoff dates, and pattern shifts.
Forecast group and transient occupancy and rate to ensure proper inventory controls are in place for the best top and bottom line outcome
BA/BS Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics OR two years or more of analytical experience within revenue management, data management, reservations, or front office operations.
Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple and concurrent tasks.
Ability to collaborate with the team and act in an objective manner to solve problems.
Strong project/time management, and organizational skills.
Able to quickly learn new programs, when required.
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Proficiency in Revenue systems (Hilton GRO, Marriott OneYield v2), hotel property management systems, and industry related reports.
