Seeking a professional, energetic and outgoing Food & Beverage Hostess/Cashier to work within our F&B Outlets to include the Restaurant and In Room Dining area. This is a full time flexible position with the ability to work weekends and holidays based on business demands.

About This Job

The Food & Beverage Hostess/Cashier will rotate between both, our Restaurant and In Room Dining area. Candidate must be outgoing, energetic and able to demonstrate strong hospitality skills and customer service focus at all times. Must have six (6) months previous cash handling/customer service experience.

Job Overview: 

Restaurant Host(ess) duties:

  • Assists in preparing the restaurant for service and maintaining the cleanliness of the host area at all times. Reporting any issues to management immediately
  • Inspect the condition and cleanliness of menus and wine lists; ensuring an adequate number of menus are available for all guests
  • Keep up with menus and wine list updates
  • Be warm and friendly to all guest entering the restaurant
  • As a Host(ess), candidate must be able to greet and escort every guests to their assigned tables, ensuring our hotel standards of services are met
  • Extend courteous goodbyes as guests depart the restaurant
  • Have the ability to stand for long periods of time

Room Service Cashier duties:

  • Have good phone etiquette and the ability to communicate well with all guest
  • Able to learn menus for order taking, recommendations and up sells
  • Able to handle multiple phone lines, taking accurate food & beverage orders with attention to details
  • Be able to communicate guest request with management and team as needed

General Requirements:

  • Six (6) months previous Food & Beverage Cash Handling/Customer Service experience
  • Professional, energetic and outgoing
  • Able to lift 25 lbs
  • Able to work  full time, flexible shifts, to include weekends and holidays based on business demands
  • Other duties as assigned by management
