Our Hampton Inn & Suites property is looking for an experienced and dynamic Guest Services Manager!
The award-winning Hampton Inn & Suites is now seeking an experienced, dynamic, and customer service focused Guest Services Manager!
The ideal candidate will have prior hotel front desk experience (Hilton preferred) and some management background. This position requires an upbeat, dependable and responsible individual that is willing to ensure 100% guest satisfaction at all times.
The Guest Service Manager is responsible for leading a team of Guest Service Representatives and assisting and guiding them to provide excellent customer service to all guest. This person will assist in meeting all guest needs from check in to check out, giving directions, assisting with issues, and helping ensure that all guests have a 100% satisfaction stay.
