Performs all necessary repairs and preventative maintenance as directed by the Chief Engineer to maintain a safe, attractive and efficiently operated hotel | Maintain all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks | Provide a safe environment for our guests and hotel staff by meeting all safety standards
Possess a working ability with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry, and formal training in at least one of these disciplines is preferred | Possess an accommodating service approach to our guests and other departments within the hotel | Computer proficiency
