The Grand Hyatt Seattle is recruiting for a Guest Experience Supervisor to join our Seattle family!

Guest Experience Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing. This position will also cover manager on duty shifts from time to time.

Guest Experience Supervisors will assist in all rooms division departments including and not limited to Housekeeping, Front Office, as well as corresponding with our Elite guests as a GEM (Guest Experience) specialist.
