HVMG Corporate Office (based in Atlanta) is looking for a detailed orientated, motivated, self-starter to assist with day to day support of all software as service technology platforms used within the organization; Accounting, Communication and Operations.

The ideal candidate is a detailed oriented individual who loves implementing and ensuring processes are followed! You will be responsible for supporting the users of the various software as service technology platforms that HVMG leverages and support the HVMG IT team by ensuring all systems are fully optimized and fully utilized at every level to drive improved results. You will be skilled at managing processes, holding people accountable and building relationships across different departments.
Provide HVMG process and systems support for new acquisitions and dispositions. Assist with the management the implementation, adoption, and optimization of any future systems, process, and initiatives.
Manage the operations reporting system (ProfitSword):
Setup new user/ modify access; Perform quarterly user audit.
Help hotel operations by opening support tickets on their behalf
Maintain current ERP (M3 Accounting) for changes including chart of account activations and user additions/removals, AP Vendor Setup. Perform quarterly user audit.
Manage the time and attendance system (Hotel Effectiveness) for changes to users, help with Labor Standards Plans and deliver training.
Manage SharePoint internal communication/resource platform; ensure users are set up correctly; the site is utilized accordingly, modify design as needed and deliver training.
Process Concur Expense Report weekly and load data into ERP
Assist with management of HVMG corporate email accounts, distribution groups
Ensure hotels are PCI compliant by tracking/managing Quarterly online IP scans and ensuring PCI training is performed yearly by all credit card handling staff.
Work with Cash Management to ensure proper VCC (Corporate Spend) payments are correct
Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university with a degree in business or IT.
2 plus years relevant experience, this should include Project Management and Service Technology Platforms in a single or multiple business unit.
Ability to provide structure and process in implementing new technologies and establishing training programs
Ability to create complex financial models in Excel and thorough understanding of advanced Excel macros, links, workbooks, formulas, etc.
