About This Job

The Global Sales Manager will act primarily as a lead generator position to drive additional group and individual sales focused on the corporate segment across the portfolio.

  • Focus on creating relationships within corporate segment and promoting cross-location selling with a Total Account Management approach covering BT and Group for each account.
  • Develop relationships amongst Top 50 target accounts for the Graduate brand as identified jointly by the RVPS and Global Sales Account Manager.
  • Provide a business plan to the field that they can incorporate within their Quarterly/Annual Business and Marketing Plans
  • Provide property teams with necessary research tools used to uncover market data
  • Support any necessary training or coaching of BT Sales Managers
  • Uncover new potential accounts and market opportunities through weekly prospecting goals.
  • Strategize RFP timeline solicitations for newly acquired, transitioning and newly opened properties
  • Partner with third party meeting planners such as HelmsBriscoe, Conference Direct, etc
  • Help develop and execute Graduate Hotels participation in corporate related trade shows and conferences with direction from the RVP Sales
  • Identifies and solicits new corporate accounts from appointments, site tours, prospecting calls, and inquiries via email, phone, and in person interactions
  • Develops, maintains, and prospects a target list of corporate accounts, communicating updates with each property
  • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting and updates to RVPS
  • Additional duties as indicated by RVPS


  • Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in hotel customer service role or sales experience preferred
