Our team at Holiday Inn Dublin-Pleasanton is looking for qualified candidates to join our team as hotel Group Housing Sales Associate.
As the Group Sales Associate, you’ll be the go to person for group reservations, or special corporate reservations. You will build great rapport with our regular guests and they will have your direct line on fast dial whenever they want to book. You will handle large groups; be it sports, tour groups or corporate groups. You will work closely with a vibrant sales team and will acquaint yourself with the PMS, the booking engine and sales platform. Do you like numbers? The position will expose you to learning more about how billing and payments work.For hard workers, this is a fun position.

Candidates must possess customer service driven personalities and/or have previous Opera PMS experience. Previous hotel sales experience or working with SalesPro platform would be a plus but not required.
