Shamin Hotels, one of the most respected and largest hotel management, development and ownership companies in the Northeast, is seeking a Corporate Director of Revenue management to join its talented Home Office team.
This individual will work with property-level and regional revenue teams to maximize overall hotel revenue and profitability for the portfolio, driving market share at each property through strategic and in-depth evaluation and analysis of business, mix, distribution channels and overall rate/inventory management in all market segments. The position attends weekly revenue management meetings led by each hotel’s assigned Revenue Manager compiles / presents key statistics to senior leadership, offering insight into actions and recommendations to drive performance, including driving results for hotels concentrated in the downtown Atlanta area. This position will also assist in the evaluation and underwriting metrics of potential new build hotels, acquisitions, or repositioning of existing assets.
This position is responsible for providing oversight to ensure exceptional financial results for a portfolio of 59 hotels including full service, focused service, extended stay hotels within Hilton, Marriott and IHG brands. Based in Richmond, VA., this position reports to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
