Provides friendly and responsive front desk service to guests, while also ensuring that guest payments are collected and processed in a reliable and timely manner.
Greets guests, assists them with check-ins and check-outs, registers and assigns rooms, issues room keys/cards, transmits and receives messages, keeps records of occupied rooms and guest accounts, makes and confirms reservations, presents statement to and collects payments from departing guests.
Ensures that all service provided is consistently prompt and courteous and designed to meet high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
Cleans the lobby and public restroom; washes and folds laundry; and assists other staff in preparing check outs to be guest ready.
Responds to any/all emergency situations (police, fire, emergency responder, weather, building – electrical outage, water line breaks, etc.) in a timely manner.
Organizes, confirms, processes, and conducts all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations; greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.

WoodSpring Suites Portland North Gresham is an extended stay hotel. Three suite layouts - all with in-room kitchens and a combination of a queen- or king-sized beds and sofas - available. Nightly rates and weekly rates for business and air travelers, relocators, visitors and tourists, students, patients and medical professionals and others staying several nights or longer. A guest laundry room, fitness center, vending machines, lobby coffee service, bicycle locker, and staff support are all available 24/7.
WoodSpring Suites Portland North Gresham is not a typical, nightly hotel. As an extended stay hotel - the hotel offers weekly rates and nightly rates and provides guests a mixture of hotel-ease and home-like-comforts. Guest in groups of one-to-four people can choose from three suite layouts all with a combination of queen-sized beds or king-sized beds and sofas and every room has an in-room kitchen that is complete with appliances (stove, full-sized refrigerator and freezer, microwave oven) with additional kitchen items available. A 100% smoke-free hotel, we only offer guests non-smoking hotel rooms. This location has a pet-friendly hotel policy (see overview below). All guests can save more money with free parking and free basic wi-fi for the duration of their stay. A 24/7 guest laundry room, vending machines, and staff support are also available for all guests. This location also offers a 24/7 fitness center and lobby coffee service for guest comfort.
