We are seeking a General Manager candidate with at least 5 years of Executive Management hotel experience to join an innovative, creative and growing company with Commonwealth Hotel Collection, managing the ART, a hotel located in the HEART of downtown Denver. This 4.5-star hotel is the perfect blend of refined comfort and intimate service. Our guests arrive under Leo Villareal’s sparkling installation of 22,000 LED lights, every experience at our luxury hotel has been carefully selected to present our guest with the best in contemporary design, personalized service and inspired dining. Ensuring customer satisfaction
Execute reporting in a timely and accurate manner
Ability to focus on the big picture as well as individual results
Possess the ability to maximize hotel revenue through defined market segmentation
History of superior controls and financial performance
Excellent relationship building skills
Ability to develop an understanding of concepts, practices and pre-established guidelines and procedures
Maintain active and visible position in the local community and industry
Strong HR knowledge including hiring, firing, training, counseling and developing associates
