Concord Hospitality is seeking a talented, sales savvy Director of Sales to oversee Sales & Marketing at the beautiful Element and Aloft Tampa (Midtown), FL.
The ideal candidate is a service-oriented, motivated, passionate, and collaborative individual who has a deep understanding of how to continue to develop strong relationships with customers, how to effectively prospect, and how to positively and creatively lead a team. The DOS will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth.

Salary range : $74,000 - $89,000
5+ Years of Director of Sales & Marketing experience required
Marriott, Element or Aloft experience a plus
Tampa downtown and Westshore market experience a plus
Pre-Opening Hotel Sales Experience Required
Experience in selling all market segments
Revenue Management Knowledge Required
Strength in marketing and public relations needed
Strong leadership skills are required
