The Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling administrative and accounting duties. They will be responsible for managing appointments and the daily office schedule for the Senior Vice President of Strategy and the Vice President of Accounting & Controls. The Administrative Assistant will also work on special accounting projects, such as creating budgets, calculating billing statements, preparing, and submitting tax forms, coding documents, compiling financial records, and managing inventory records.
