About This Job

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking a Full-Time Head Lifeguard to assist the Aquatics Manager with management of the aquatics programming for a busy members-only environment. The Head Guard will assist with preparation, planning and implementation of special events as well as perform the lifeguard or swim instructor duties as needed and will maintain constant surveillance of the pool area.  The head guard will know, understand and consistently apply and enforce safety and pool rules, policies and guidelines.

To be considered for this position, you must have an outgoing personality, excellent communication and outstanding customer service skills.  We prefer candidates be CPR and AED certified. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a Certified Lifeguard with 1-2 years prior experience as a Lifeguard
  • Prior club experience, preferred
  • Ability to use and operate computer system including MicroSoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
