Responsible for the landscape/ground maintenance of the property.

What you will be doing

Maintenance of grounds including purchase of materials and equipment as needed, selection and scheduling of vendor services, tracking expenses, define irrigation schedule, define maintenance schedules, repairs, mowing, weeding, planting, sod removal and installation, fertilization and pesticide applications, etc.

Maintain records of all chemical applications. Communicate landscape status/goals to Director of Engineering. Aid in development of landscape/grounds budget.

Schedule landscape/grounds team members activities, conduct performance evaluations. Select, train, supervise, develop, discipline and counsel team members according to DDC standards.



High School Diploma; Horticulture Degree or equivalent preferred.


Two to three years experience in commercial site maintenance.
