Description

The primary responsibilities of the Security Officer, includes preparing and implementing all security procedures for the safety and security of Hilton Worldwide's guests, team members and properties.

 

The essential functions of this positions consist of:

• To keep management informed of any public information and enhancement of the company’s public image

• To ensure company assets are protected

• To ensure a high level of liaison is maintained between with all other departments with company

• Must be knowledgeable about fire procedures, disaster plan procedure, bomb threats, hotel crisis handling and hotel evacuation procedures

• To comply all company policies relating Executive Office

What will I be doing?

The Security Officer serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels and vacations is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

 

• High school graduate or above

• Good physical condition

• At least two (2) years of law enforcement experience either on a Security Bureau or military training

• Must be thoroughly knowledgeable in local, type and appearance of every corner of the hotel

• Must be knowledgeable about fire procedures, disaster plan procedure, bomb threats and hotel evacuation procedures

• Should be well versed in local law/government regulation

• Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information
