Lead Line and Prep Cooks needed for fast pace, large volume, brand new state of the art dining hall on the University of Vermont campus serving over 3000 meals per day. Experience of 2-4 years required. This position may prepare and serve foods at the Grill, Pizza, and or Entree Line in our open kitchen format. Shifts will include nights and weekends. The Sr. Cook will accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: to include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
