About This Job

Job overview

As a Complimentary Attendant, you will fill a guest services role in supporting your hotel’s financial goals of the daily operation of the hotel. You will ensure the highest quality of product and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenues and profitability by providing prompt and courteous food and beverage service.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to prepare, set-up, maintain supplies throughout posted meal period, and clean up daily breakfast, based on shift
  • Be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers, co-workers and Hotel staff.
  • Be able to deal effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Be able to lift, carry weights of up to 30 pounds on regular, repetitive basis
  • Be able to work in an environment that requires constant movement (walking, reaching, bending, carrying weights of up to 30 lbs on a regular basis)

Note: Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

  • This position is 1st shift and will be 20 hours a week or less.
