Graduate Hotels Management is seeking a Field Marketing Manager -- West Region to join our Graduate team to support property marketing for our collection of hotels.

The Field Marketing Manager will oversee the implementation of brand-level marketing initiatives at the property level, as well as be responsible for strategizing, concepting and executing property-specific marketing efforts for the area including cultivating relationships with local businesses and each university student body, supporting creative, business needs and promotional press efforts, and generating brand awareness via social media platforms. This position will report directly to the Senior Field Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter, outgoing, a creative thinker, can travel and enjoy working in a fast-pace entrepreneurial environment.


  • Drive traffic to the hotel and on-site dining outlets through concepting and executing dynamic marketing plans inclusive of advertising, email campaigns, local events, programming and sponsorships
  • Set marketing goals and objectives, tracking progress and reporting consistently to the Senior Field Marketing Manager
  • Ensure proper brand standards across all executions
  • Develop relationships with local like-minded businesses to create meaningful partnerships
  • Interact and build relationships with the student body and campus groups to generate brand awareness, cultivate brand ambassadors and increase and engagement
  • Manage the creation and upkeep of property marketing events and email calendars
  • Run paid and organic social support for the properties. Collect and create content, draft content calendars and interact with community on social platforms to drive awareness and engagement
  • Shape property marketing and promotions by being involved from ideation to execution in design, inclusive of the creation process for promotional materials such as e-blasts, advertising and collateral
  • Monitor property web pages, updating various pages including packages and events in conjunction with the revenue management team and property interns
  • Align internal stakeholders across sales, revenue & f+b to implement and execute programs aligned with goals and objectives, focusing on f+b outlets and room nights
  • Supervise support team for area properties, including interns
  • Manage and track against university athletics contracts, fostering the relationship and building engaging activations as outlined in annual agreements
  • Assist in the hiring, training and integration of property interns


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Public Relations or related field
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and consistently demonstrate a high level of organizational skill * Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
  • Metric-driven, goal-oriented leader capable of managing teams and tasks
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
