The Thompson brand is making its debut in San Antonio in early 2021. We are hiring the opening leadership team for this newly constructed luxury high-rise on the world-renowned River Walk. The complex is s comprised of 20 floors, 162 guest rooms, 59 condos and 6 penthouse residences. The property features a full-service spa, and 3 distinct restaurant and bars - including a rooftop bar experience. With over 5,000 sq. ft. of riverfront event space, and sweeping views from every vantage point, The Thompson offers unrivaled elegance and comfort.

Spa Reception Agents host and foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. Primary responsibilities include scheduling treatments, guest registration and processing forms of payment to include room charges, credit cards and cash. As a Spa Reception Agent you will be responsible for spa reservations, whether it is a deluxe spa package or an individual spa treatment. This position is also responsible for making product and treatment recommendations to spa guests. This individual promotes wellness and serves as the final point of contact for an indigenous spa experience.
