The Director of Revenue Performance & Analytics will be a key member of the Revenue Excellence Team. This role will be responsible for setting up systems, processes and key performance indicators that measure top line revenue performance and market share opportunities. The Director of Revenue Performance & Analytics will develop a suite of tools, reporting, and analysis with full focus on optimizing, maximizing and improving each hotel’s revenue performance. A deep understanding of and the ability to synthesize hotel revenue by channel (OTA, Brand.com, GDS, etc) and segment (including food & beverage revenue) will be critical to the Director of Revenue Performance & Analytics success. Deliverables will include standardized reporting, dashboards, budgeting and forecasting tools and visualizations for a diverse set of stakeholders, which will include general managers, company executives and owners.
