POSITION: Crew Member - Front of House/Cashier

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Greet customers and ensure a positive experience
• Listening to the guests needs / requests at time of food delivery Answer phone in orders, DoorDash & takeout orders and ensure order accuracy
• Ensure that food being served meets Joella's food quality standards Stocking supplies and paper goods as needed Performs other job functions as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 1 year in restaurant/kitchen service role
• Minimum of High School education

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Self-starting personality Ability to communicate effectively verbally
• Team player Ability to exceed expectations of guests
• Excellent time management skills Knowledge of restaurant/kitchen operations
• Must be willing and able to perform other duties as assigned
