Description

The Database Marketing Analyst manages the overall success of marketing database/analysis as designated by the Director of Marketing and manages database maintenance and direct mail operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely, creative and equitable resolution of internal and external customer complaints, inquiries and compliments.
• Acts as liaison between customers and Director of Marketing. Responsible for implementation of marketing databases/analysis from direction of Director of Marketing.
• Responsible for planning and organizing database policies and programs.
• Responsible for the strict adherence to Compliance policies, internal control procedures and the Casino’s policies and procedures.
• Implement, develop and maintain Oasis Player Tracking Database.
• Responsible for database submission procedures.
• Responsible for sending weekly or monthly direct mail updates to local printing companies.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Crystal Reports XI, SQL Server, and familiar with relational databases.
• Familiarity with Aristocrat OASIS applications is recommended.

Education and/or Experience

• One (1) to three (3) years experience casino/hotel, customer service, host, or telemarketing experience required.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Colorado Division of Gaming Support License

Additional Information

Salary Range:  $16.00 – $20.00 Per Hour
