Situated on the original site of City Hall, the hotel was modeled after a beaux arts German castle. In its recent restoration and renovation, the hotel’s storied past is both celebrated and reimagined. There is a sense of discovery at every turn.

GM, Hotel Operations will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel, to day-to-day leadership management and guests.

5 Main Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable
  • Oversee the operations functions of the hotel
  • Lead all key property issues including capital projects, guest satisfaction and any refurbishments needed
  • Handle guest and team member complaints overseeing guest service recovery procedures
  • Responsible for the preparation, presentation and achievement of hotel budgets, marketing and sales plan and capital budget

This position will work in partnership with the GM, Restaurant + Bars Operations in leading, managing and holding accountable the senior leadership team of the hotel.
