Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking an experienced part-time Safety Attendant to live on-site at our Woodspring Suites location in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Being an HMC Safety Attendant:
As an HMC Safety Attendant, you will live on site and tend to the property after hours by making rounds throughout the evening and responding to guest needs.

Safety Attendant Functions (to include, but not limited to):
- Conduct physical inspections of the property on a rigid schedule
- Respond to incidents during on-call hours
- Check in after-hours guests
- Laundry and cleaning duties, as needed
- 1+ years customer service experience, hotel setting preferred
- Repetitive climbing of stairs, ladders
- Kneeling/squatting, standing for long periods of time
- Able to lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs.
