Being an HMC Head Housekeeper:

Head Housekeeper Functions (to include, but not limited to):
Supervisory – Provide guidance, training, and direction to all housekeepers under the direction of Head Housekeeper, to include scheduling and procedural adherence.
Guest Satisfaction – Offering WoodSpring Suites amenities, products, and services to accommodate resident needs and to increase revenue.
Performance – Constant and continuous eye for detail when inspecting rooms and assisting with cleaning duties while executing the highest standards in relation to OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies.
- 1+ years’ experience in hotel housekeeping, extended-stay preferred
- Experience recognizing and developing a strong team
- Strong organizational time management and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter, able to prioritize projects and meet deadlines under pressure
- Repetitive climbing of stairs, ladders
- Kneeling/squatting, standing for long periods of time
- Able to lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs.
