What you will be doing

Our line cooks are responsible for

• Producing quality dishes according to recipes
• Setup, prep and clean up of line and/or station
• Working at a consistent pace while multi-tasking
• Work directly with the Chef and Sous Chef to adhere to Chaz and Raphael standards and communicating specific needs of product or tools
• Complete work according to health code standards

The ideal candidate for this position

If you have a passion and desire for preparing extraordinary and consistent food in an upscale restaurant, you will be a perfect addition to the team at the Raphael Hotel. Those candidates possessing hotel or restaurant cooking experience will be highly preferred.
