We are seeking a General Manager candidate with at least 5 years hotel and conference center experience to join an innovative, creative and growing company with Commonwealth Hotel Collection, managing the Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center. This attractive 249 room hotel features a full-service restaurant and 22,000 square feet of state-of-the-art meeting, conference and event facilities.

Position will be required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights and week-ends.
Hands on operational experience with sales and marketing background
Intermediate knowledge of computers including excel and PowerPoint
Proven record of independent, self-motivated work habits
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Execute reporting in a timely and accurate manner
Ability to focus on the big picture as well as individual results
Possess the ability to maximize hotel revenue through defined market segmentation
History of superior controls and financial performance
Excellent relationship building skills
Ability to develop an understanding of concepts, practices and pre-established guidelines and procedures
Maintain active and visible position in the local community and industry
