This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as at least two years of previous line and breakfast dining experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills, as well as, worked in the fast pace of the breakfast environment. This person may be required to give direction in the supervisor's absence.
Due to COVID-19 Cleaniness protocols, this role now calls for new duties to ensure safety and cleaniness of frequent touch points and all collaeagues must adhere to our COVID-19 prevention plan, includes wearing mask, temprature check and cleaning/disinfecting areas outside department.
