Reporting to the Directors of Restaurant Operations, the Senior Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of all food service venues, attaining the highest standards and efficiency. The Senior Restaurant Manager will provide strategic leadership, guidance and direction on food/restaurant concepts, initiatives and operational decisions that simultaneously results in year over year improvements in customer satisfaction scores, improved product quality and increased operational profitability. The Senior Restaurant Manager will facilitate a positive and welcoming interaction ensuring an optimal guest service experience while safeguarding company assets and guaranteeing venue integrity.The Senior Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for creating and executing: an effective communication plan, strategic presentations, policy and procedures, systems for organizing, tracking as well as streamlining processes. He/she will work closely with Food and Beverage leadership and support departments / business partners to assist operations in achieving business objectives and desired results in a high performance culture. Occasionally, the Senior Restaurant Manager may be called upon to take on an operational management role as required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Directs and supervises management, individual contributors and front line employees. The Senior Restaurant Manager carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include maintaining adequate staffing levels, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
