Under the direction of the Wardrobe Manager, the Attire Specialist for inventorying, storing, fitting, issuing measuring, ordering and restocking clothing and accessories in the Wardrobe Department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Process inventory by adding UPC Barcodes and add garments to computerized uniform system to proper category.

2. Assists with the maintenance of a computerized inventory system for assigned wardrobe, employees and other related information.  Maintain accurate records of all issuing and receiving receipts, assigning garments, tracking purchases and returning deposits in a computerized software system.

3. Practice excellent customer service skills at all times to include, but not limited to, addressing team members needs courteously, promptly, and answer telephone calls professionally.

4. Perform fittings to team member uniforms, including but not limited to, marking hems and sleeves to ensure a proper fitting uniform in accordance with  reputable company standards.

5. Perform daily processes for deductions, laundry, donations, and removal of retired/damaged garments.

6. Create accurate reports for payroll deductions on deposits, shoes, and additional accessories.

7. Organize new hire orientation uniforms for pick up, create name tags and collect signatures.

8. Provide directions for uniform care and all other questions team members have.

9. Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.              



  • High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
  • Minimum two (2)  years related experience in a customer service or retail environment required.
  • Basic Sewing and Alterations experience required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word and Excel), Database software, Internet software, Inventory software and Order processing systems required.


  • At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
  • A qualified candidate/employee must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record as determined by the San Manuels insurance carrier.
