The Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Spa Supervsior at the historic, Arizona Biltmore!

Located in the heart of uptown Phoenix since 1929, this gorgeous 39-acre property has 738 rooms, over 200,000 square feet of meeting space and 6 food and beverage outlets. To be successful in this role you will have proven skills in leading a medium sized team, previous spa therapist experience within a luxury hotel or spa, the ability to create memorable experiences for guests. Retail experience is preferred but not essential.  

What will I be doing?

Provides support and assistance to the manager/director of the Health Club/Fitness Center/Spa/Salon in operating the facility in accordance with local, state and federal health and cleanliness standards. Performs duties of staff positions as needed. Participates in marketing, merchandising, programming, conducting inventory, recording and tracking financial statistics and management duties such as interviewing, training, supervising, counseling, scheduling and evaluating department staff.
