The purpose of this role is to assist the Supervisors in the team management of the payroll process activities of the Hyatt Shared Service Center (HSSC) Payroll department. The ideal candidate will be able to meet the HSSC Payroll Department’s Mission of processing accurate and timely payrolls by efficiently maintaining and submitting confidential information to employees, departments, hotels, financial institutions, and external agencies. They will achieve this with auditing of payroll documents, training of new agents on payroll processing and payroll reporting, while continuing to act as a Payroll Agent. They will also learn to lead a team of Payroll Agents to meet the HSSC’s Mission.
