Osage Casino TulsaResponsible for overall maintenance of all electrical and mechanical gaming machines under direction of the Slot Supervisor. Performs all duties in accordance with Company core values, the objectives of the Osage Nation, internal policies, procedures and controls, as well, as applicable laws and gaming regulations.

DEPARTMENT OPERATIONS:
Responsible for the proper preventative maintenance of all electronic gaming machines, including cleaning machines, overhauls, etc.
Responsible for overhaul and proper preventative maintenance of all electrical and mechanical gaming machines in accordance with gaming regulations.
Assists in break down, relocation and set up of machines and stands to be relocated.
Assists in ensuring machine integrity and at other times as requested.
Brings disputes and unusual guest activities to attention of the Shift Manager.
Provides excellent employee and guest service.
Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
Presents a sociable and professional demeanor towards guests and employees at all times.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Require the knowledge, skills, and abilities to work with personal computers, AV systems, player tracking card systems, gaming devices, safety equipment, etc.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex of documents, such as technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to effectively present information to employees, managers, and top management.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals, and work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
Must possess excellent organizational and analytical skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The employee is also regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls.
Ability to sit, stoop, climb, balance, crawl, kneel or crouch while performing duties.
Ability to use arms to reach and lift above shoulders.
Must have normal auditory and good verbal communication.
Ability to lift upwards of 30 pounds.
Ability to drag, push, or pull up to 75 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job included close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is typically performed within a Casino setting.
Regularly uses personal computer systems and/or other devices to effectively perform job functions.
Exposure to second-hand smoke and a high noise level.
The employee regularly works near electronical and moving mechanical parts.
The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
Evening and weekend shifts may be required. Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required.
The employee is regularly exposed to risks associated with travel between properties and back and forth to other areas as may be required due to business demands.
The employee may be exposed to the risks associated in attempting to resolve issues with extremely irate or difficult people.
Applicants must already be authorized to work in the US and must be able to obtain and maintain a casino license in the state of Oklahoma.
