A Bellman responsible greets arriving and departing guests in a friendly, courteous manner to and from their accommodation, transporting their luggage. Acquaints each guest with room and its features. Acts in a liaison role between Front Desk, GRO and Front Office Management in all matters related to guests checking in/out, as well as ensures maximum follow up during guest’s stay.
