ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
 

• Oversee all aspects of the Outside Service Operation at both Rope Rider and Prospector Golf Courses.

• Hire, train and schedule all outside service personnel including Player Service Attendants, Golf Starter and on course player assistants. 

• Train all outside service staff to ensure they understand all policies and procedures and ensure the guest experience meets the standard of the Suncadia Golf Operation 

• Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness and proper operation of all golf carts including daily cleaning, monthly watering of batteries and regular polishing of carts 

• Assist the Head Golf Professional with the management of tee times and pace of play daily

• Work closely with Human Resources on all hiring, firing and seasonal golf layoffs including proper paperwork that goes along with these responsibilities

• Assist with all club related events including event set-up and overall professional management of events

• Coordinate with Supt. daily related to golf course conditions, special projects and ensuring guest experience is at Suncadia standard of quality.

• Manage the maintenance of the driving range on a daily basis by working closely with the Golf Course Supt ensuring excellent practice conditions of the range  

• Enforce rules and regulations pertaining to golf course usage, golf cart usage and all other golf related facilities

• Fill in when needed to ensure the Bag Drop, Starter and On Course Marshalling is fully staffed

• Attend all required training programs

• Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.  Know proper procedures for emergencies;

• Comply with Company grooming and uniform standards;

• Be familiar with Suncadia and its various outlets and activities so as to positively respond to guest activities;
