Crestline Hotels & Resorts is on the hunt for its next Area Human Resources Manager to oversee the administrative, recruiting, and employee relation aspects to a portfolio of hotels in greater MD/DC/VA region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience providing HR leadership in a multi-unit setting and understands how to balance the crucial, ever changing dynamics of urban hotels. Situated as the primary HR Business Partner to these hotels, you will have the opportunity to guide the hotels in all recruiting, employee relations, and other key measures to affect the successful operation of each individual hotel.
This is a remote position, however this individual needs to be in the greater MD/DC/VA as quarterly travel to the properties is expected.
