Graduate Hotels®, is seeking a Part Time, Overnight  Public Area Attendant to join Graduate Fayettville and its wonderful team of hospitality enthusiasts.

In order to help you deliver on that goal, we encourage our team members to embody the same mindset as our guests through Graduate experiences and encouraged community exploration.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean and maintain all hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells to meet quality standards
• Clean bathrooms, dust furniture and pictures, vacuum, sweep and mop floors
• Empty carts of soiled linen and dispose trash
• Maintain efficient communication on two-way radio to ensure that tasks are prioritized
• Maintain lobby, elevators, stairways, hallways, and Front Desk area to assure they are clean, neat and free of all rubbish and debris
• Clean and maintain public restrooms in a neat and orderly fashion to provide fresh and attractive facilities for guests
• Remove spots, insects and debris
• Polish fixtures and clean ashtrays
• Deliver items to rooms upon request and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
• Greet guests in a warm and authentic fashion
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of High School Education/GED

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Customer service focus
