The Safety & Security Agent is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of the hotel guests and employees.  This person will follow safety and security standards by:

* Patrolling the property to ensure the safety of guests and employees and to protect all hotel assets

* Reporting and completing incident reports 

* Respond to medical emergencies on property

* Assisting guests with key assists and access to their room 

* Initiate and follow-up all investigations of crimes committed against property and persons

* Assist with other duties as directed by the Security Supervisor and/or Director of Security

In addition, the Safety & Security Agent assists with the Wellness Check Area by welcoming colleagues to work, taking colleagues temperatures and verifying the colleague is healthy for work. 

Due to COVID-19 Cleanliness protocols, this role now calls for new duties to ensure safety and cleanliness of frequent touch points and all colleagues must adhere to our COVID-19 prevention plan, includes wearing mask, temperature check and cleaning/disinfecting areas outside department.
