JOB OVERVIEW:The Project Managers core responsibility is to manage each assigned project team to ensure each project is managed and completed successfully. 

What you will be doing:

• Complete each assigned project within budget.
• Complete each assigned project within designated schedule
• Prepare project documentation in a timely fashion, in an accurate manner and consistent with company standards and/or client’s standards.
• Utilize Project Management software or comparable method of tracking the status of each assigned project.
• Manage project team resources, including but not limited to employees and subcontractors
• Accurately manage project accounting and reporting
• Prepare project closeout and documentation thoroughly
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction on each assigned project

In addition to the above, the success of the project is also contingent upon the abilities of the Project Manager to assess risk and change direction as necessary to avoid potential losses and delay’s which could negatively impact the project. The Project Manager shall always conduct themselves with the highest degree of professionalism, ethics and integrity with all parties involved throughout the project. The Project Manager is Pyramid Network Services, LLC’ representative to our client and their representatives and should seek to develop and create a high degree of client trust and satisfaction with Pyramid Network Services, LLC. 

Also, it is imperative that the Project Manager continuously seek to keep current with the following:

• Project Management technology.
• OSHA safety training and regulation changes.
• Scheduling software.
• Construction code regulations.
• Local, state, and government regulations.
• Insurance requirements and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in construction/management; or four to six years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 
• Ability to effectively speak, communicate and present information to customers, clients, tenants, employees of the organization and management.
• Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. 
• Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.,) in its most difficult phases.
• Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
• Valid Department of Motor Vehicle Driver's License. 
• Certification in 30-hour OSHA construction course.
