Job Summary:

Assist arriving and departing guests in a friendly, courteous manner, park or retrieve guest vehicles as requested. Drive guest vehicles safely, without damage.

Job Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests
  • Inspect guest vehicle for any possible damage.  Alert guest and document any vehicle damage prior to taking the possession of the vehicle
  • Ensure guest vehicle is damaged free and returned to guest promptly. 
  • Transport guest vehicle between hotel and hotel parking garage following designated route while obeying driving and traffic laws.
  • Explain and promote hotel facilities and services; provide guests with information, such as local attractions, events, and directions
  • Ensure guest vehicle key is secure and guests are properly billed for valet services
  • Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the supervisor or hotel manager
  • Maintain customers’ privacy
  • Adhere to grooming and uniform standards per hotel standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record 
  • Required to operate both automatic and manual vehicles.  
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
