Greeters are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for guests. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall restaurant experience by their interactions that include providing table accommodations and offering menu recommendations. Greeters may be the final point of contact and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction. If you have worked as a restaurant host or restaurant hostess, your skills are invaluable to the position of Greeter at Hyatt. Your restaurant job experience will give you the tools to be successful as a restaurant Greeter at Hyatt.

At Lone Eagle Grille, we offer dining experiences set against the spectacular backdrop of Lake Tahoe and our private beach. Our chefs offer inspired high-Sierra cuisine, changing seasonally to reflect local, in-season ingredients and the tastes of the current season.

Our menu ranges from expertly paired game meats and seafood to creative takes on vegetarian favorites. Our staff is made up of talented chefs, passionate sommeliers and cocktail artists, and a reception team who love entertaining and creating authentic and memorable experiences.

Due to COVID-19 Cleaniness protocols, this role now calls for new duties to ensure safety and cleaniness of frequent touch points and all collaeagues must adhere to our COVID-19 prevention plan, includes wearing mask, temprature check and cleaning/disinfecting areas outside department.

Qualifications

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Refined verbal communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
